All returns are subject to manager approval

Return Window & Fees

• 0–7 days: No restocking charge
• 8–30 days: 15% restocking charge
• No returns after 30 days

Item Condition

• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
• Opened, unsealed, used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted
• Sealed materials that have been opened will not be returned

Special Order, Custom, or Non‑Returnable Items

• Special order items are not returnable
• Mixed materials, color‑matched items, chemicals, adhesives, and products with expiration or shelf‑life considerations are not returnable

Proof of Purchase

• Original invoice is required for all returns
• Returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase

Refund Method

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Any cash refund requires manager approval

Warranties

• Warranty issues must be handled directly through the manufacturer
