Key Responsibilities:

– Manage all aspects of the branch’s daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

– Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.

– Oversee the rebar fabrication process, ensuring high-quality products and timely delivery to customers.

– Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales associates and fabrication personnel to achieve their full potential.

– Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of concrete products.

– Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide expert advice on rebar products and applications.

– Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

– Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or concrete accessories industry.

– In-depth knowledge of rebar and rebar fabrication processes.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Proficiency in inventory management and sales forecasting.

– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
